| Electronic records management is the management of electronic and physical records using a computer system. Case records have been effectively managed by computer systems for many years (sometimes these systems are called EDMS, or case management systems), without the need for a specification such as MoReq2. The power of MoReq2 is that it allows for the management of non-case records – the mass of records used in the everyday running of an organisation. |
