• visit the EU Bookshop
• click on your preferred language
• search for “MoReq2”
• choose “Model requirements for the management of electronic records : update and extension, 2008”

The ISBN of the paper version is 978-92-79-09772-0.

Note that if you search just for "MoReq" you will fiind the printed version of the original MoReq, "MoReq1".  And if you order the item that weighs 8 grammes, you will end up with a copy of the 2-page leaflet.
